Delivery Information

1. How much is our delivery fee?
Most delivery fees are between $6 and $10 per box (vase rose, chocolate and wine do not pay a delivery fee). It is always calculated by distance. 

2. What is our delivery window?
Our daily delivery windows are from Monday through Saturday between 10 AM to 6 PM. We cannot guarantee a specific time but we do our best to accommodate to your request. 

We deliver on Holidays and Special Days like Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Victoria’s Day, Father’s Day, Canada Day, Thanksgiving, Remember Day, Christmas, and more.

3. Where do we deliver?
We deliver within the city limits of Calgary, surrounding areas. Airdrie, Chestermere, Okotoks, Cochrane, Rocky View and more! 

4. How do we deliver our bouquets?
Our bouquets will be delivered in our signature box, with arrive alive that keep hydrated during delivery time. We leave our box in a safe place at your door and notify you when the delivery is complete.

No Refund Policy for Fraudulent Purchases

At Nova Flowers, we prioritize the security and satisfaction of our customers. However, we have established a strict policy regarding fraudulent purchases to protect our business and ensure fair practices.

Effective immediately, any purchases identified as fraudulent will not be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

1. Fraudulent Purchase Definition:

   • A purchase is considered fraudulent if it is made using stolen payment information, unauthorized access to payment accounts, or any other deceptive means.

2. Refund Policy for Fraudulent Purchases:

   • No refunds will be issued for any orders identified as fraudulent. This includes, but is not limited to, orders placed using stolen credit cards, compromised accounts, or any other form of payment fraud.

3. Identification and Notification:

   • If a purchase is suspected or confirmed to be fraudulent within one (1) day of the transaction, Nova Flowers will promptly notify the affected parties and take necessary actions, including but not limited to, order cancellation and reporting to the relevant authorities.

4. Customer Responsibility:

   • Customers are responsible for ensuring the security of their payment information and accounts. Any unauthorized use of personal or payment information must be reported immediately to both Nova Flowers and the relevant financial institution.

5. Dispute Resolution:

   • In the event of a dispute regarding a fraudulent purchase, customers may contact our customer service team. While refunds are not applicable for fraudulent transactions, we will assist in resolving the issue and provide necessary support to prevent further incidents.

6. Policy Updates:

   • Nova Flowers reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Customers are encouraged to review this policy regularly to stay informed about any changes.
